Kindy 500

Cambelle's school does something called the Kindy 500, it's where all the kindergarteners make cars and then "drive" them through the school on a road trip to learn about our country. Cambelle decided she wanted a slug bug. She wanted it pink, but they don't make hot pink spray paint. So it was red instead. We had a lot of fun making her car. I got to go to school with her as a mother helper. I think I learned things about our country that I didn't even know. We had a good time. Unfortunatley, the slug bug went in the dumpster last week since we are de-cluttering so we can move soon. Don't tell Cambelle. I think it would break her heart.

He's 10 months old

I can't believe my little guy is 10 months old. Time flies. He's just about ready to take off walking. pretty much any day now. He is such a crack up too. We taught him how to ask for more and shake his head no or nod yes. Everything is way exaggerated when he does it though. It's awesome!

Draper Temple

We had the chance to go to the Draper Temple open house last week as a family. It was so much fun to go together as a family. When else can you take your little ones into the temple with you? Cambelle loved every minute of it. She had so many questions and her eyes were huge when she saw the enormous chandelier in the celestial room. Cody even stood with her in the sealing room and showed her the mirrors, where you can see yourself go on forever. What a fun day for our family. I hope Cambelle will remember going through. I remember going through the Mt. Timpanogos temple when it was first built. I was a lot older than 6 though. Ok I was 10. But still I hope she can remember what a neat experience it was.
